The entire production cycle – from the raw material to the finished and packed product – takes place in our factory: all our products are entirely made in italy. COMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROL (CNC)
In our factory all the processes, from the cutting of the brass bar to the milling as well as turning operations, happen by means of computer numerical control, provided with specific variablespeed motors that activate very high precision screws. On cnc machineries (computer numerical control) productive process is programmed and controlled by qualified workers who manage the various phases also from a mechanical point of view (i.E. Replacing and double checking the status of the tools as well as the pieces themselves)

THE HAND-CRAFTED MAKINGS: GRINDING AND POLISHING PROCESSES
Every single piece belonging to our taps is carefully manually grinded by means of a very experienced manpower. During the grinding phase the item is cleaned and refined, then, during the polishing phase, it is again manually wrought by a skilled artisan, till obtaining a perfect smoothness level.

ADDITIONAL MAKINGS: CHROME-PLATING AND ASSEMBLING
Piece, after being grinded and polished, is subjected to the galvanic chrome plating, being immersed in a series of baths. Such phases grant the product a long duration and a high aesthetic level.

PWS PATENT, PRINTED WATER SYSTEM
Pws is a printed circuit permitting water to circulate without coming in contact with the raw metal, defi nitely a healthier choice. Such system permits to use only the central ceramic hole of the basin, for both the mixer and the basin spout function. This technology also grants the best aesthetic result, permitting to place the spout centrally with respect to the washbasin axis and off -centre from the mixer mechanism.

TRATTAMENTO PVD
Physical vapor deposition (PVD) describes a variety of vacuum deposition methods which can be used to produce thin films. PVD uses physical process (such as heating or sputtering) to produce a vapor of material, which is then deposited on the object which requires coating. PVD is used in the manufacture of items which require thin films for mechanical, optical, chemical or electronic functions. Examples include semiconductor devices such as thin film solar panels, aluminized PET film for food packaging and balloons, and coated cutting tools for metalworking. Besides PVD tools for fabrication, special smaller tools (mainly for scientific purposes) have been developed. Common industrial coatings applied by PVD are titanium nitride, zirconium nitride, chromium nitride, titanium aluminum nitride. The source material is unavoidably also deposited on most other surfaces interior to the vacuum chamber, including the fixturing used to hold the parts.
